Terms of Use &
License Agreement (MSA)

1. Contract Acceptance

By using the Uneven AI software or making any subscription payment, you ("User" or "Company") fully agree to this Software License Agreement (Master Service Agreement). If you do not agree with any term described herein, you must stop using the service immediately.

2. Nature of the Tool and Local Processing

Uneven AI is a proactive artificial intelligence agent that operates locally within the User's environment. Uneven AI (the Company) provides the software license, but does not operate, control, or monitor the specific tasks executed by the agent on the User's local machine.

3. Full Limitation of Liability (Disclaimer)

3.1 Autonomous Use: The User understands that the tool has automation capabilities that can modify, create, or delete files and system configurations. The Company IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damage, data loss, system corruption, or financial loss caused by the execution of the agent, whether due to AI interpretation errors or User commands.

3.2 "AS IS" Provision: The software is provided "as is", without warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The User assumes all operational risks when granting read/write permissions to the agent.

4. Responsibility for Misuse

The User is solely responsible for the legality of the tasks delegated to Uneven AI. It is strictly prohibited to use the software for illicit purposes, including but not limited to: denial of service (DDoS) attacks, unauthorized data extraction, malware creation, or any activity that violates local or international laws. The Company reserves the right to revoke licenses without refund in case of suspected malicious use.

5. Field of Expertise and Professional Use

5.1 Target Audience: Uneven AI is a high-complexity technical tool intended exclusively for IT and development professionals. The User declares having the necessary technical knowledge to operate the agent safely.

5.2 No Training Provided: The Company does not offer, under any circumstances, individual training, programming logic support, or usage consultancy. Technical support is limited to installation and core software functionality issues.

5.3 Learning Recommendation: To mitigate risks and allow for feature learning, the Company strongly recommends that new users start with the Free Plan before migrating to Pro or Team plans. Paid plan usage assumes full mastery of the tool.

6. Payments and Default Policy

6.1 Recurrence: Pro and Team licenses are based on monthly subscriptions. The User agrees to automatic recurring billing through the chosen payment gateway (Stripe or Asaas).

6.2 Default: In case of payment processing failure (due to insufficient balance, expired card, or cancellation), access to premium features and the validity of the license key will be **suspended immediately**. Service restoration will occur only after full debt settlement. The Company is not responsible for operational downtime caused by suspension due to default.

7. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Since processing is local, the Company does not guarantee minimum latency or specific performance, which depend exclusively on the User's hardware.
